Hello Skating Families and Friends! Please take a moment to review the important information below regarding our upcoming carnival. We appreciate your support and can’t wait to share this exciting event with you!

TICKET SALES

Tickets will go on sale March 5 – 17, 2025 to skaters registered in carnival only and can be purchased during regular skating sessions (see days/times below).
Each skater registered in carnival is entitled to purchase two tickets for each show from March 5-17 – 2 afternoon, 2 evening – no exceptions.
You must purchase a minimum of 1 ticket per show as a companion ticket for your skater(s).
Tickets are purchased by cash only for $10 each – children 3 and under are free and do not need a ticket; skaters do not need a ticket.
On March 19th tickets will be open to the public, including skating families. There will be a maximum sale of 4 tickets per person – no exceptions. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED:

Volunteers do not need a ticket during the show they are volunteering for but must commit to the duties and time of their full shift.

VIP CARNIVAL EXPERIENCE RAFFLE:

WTSC will be raffling off a VIP Carnival Experience
The experience includes 4 reserved centre section front row seats, a baked good and a hot drink for each guest.
Raffle tickets will be on sale during skating lessons – $2 each or 3 for $5
There will be a prize for the afternoon show and the evening show – two chances to win!
Winners still have to purchase Carnival tickets – the raffle is for the experience
Draw will take place Friday March 28th and winners will be notified by telephone
The VIP Carnival Experience is generously sponsored by Kingfisher Café

FLOWERS FOR SALE:

Flowers Bouquets can be pre-ordered through the club for $25 each beginning March 5, 2025 and will be available for pick up during the show.
Flowers provided by Crème Brulee and Bouquets in Waterford.

COSTUMES

Costumes will be handed out as we get closer to carnival and they become ready.
Please see the welcome table this week for information about your costume like additional items you may need to supply for example plain black pants or skin coloured tights.
