π StarSkate Program Updates
WTSC is excited to announce growth for our StarSkate programs!
To accommodate all our StarSkaters, we are adding new class groupings. Skaters will now register based on their Star level recommended by coaches:
- β STAR 1 & 2 (formerly Junior StarSkate)
- β STAR 2β3β4 (NEW!)
- β STAR 3+ (formerly Senior StarSkate)
- β Adult STARSkate (age 16+)
π Important:
- Skaters are still required to skate two days per week.
- Thursday night does not have a STAR 2β3β4 class β please speak with your coach to determine the best session.
- If you donβt have a private coach, contact Coach Kathy Jankowski-Slegers, our STAR 1&2 Program Coordinator.
- You can contact all coaches via email at WTSC Coaches.
π¬ We appreciate our skating familyβs patience as we grow and adjust.

π How to Find Your Skaterβs CANskate Level
Parents can track their skaterβs progress using Uplifter:
- Log into your Uplifter account.
- Choose your skater from the list of participants.
- Click Achievements β List View.
Our CANskate Coordinator keeps this list as up-to-date as possible so parents can follow their skaterβs progress.
π§ Flood Breaks
Please note: Short flood breaks are scheduled between certain skating sessions. These ensure the ice remains in top condition for all skaters. Exact flood times are built into the above schedule where needed.
