Off Ice Schedule

January 25, 2026

Off-ice classes are underway at WTSC! These sessions are an important part of skater development, and the full off-ice schedule can be found at the top of this post. We’re also happy to remind families that off-ice classes are included in the fees already paid—there is no additional cost to participate.

Off-ice training offers vital benefits that enhance on-ice performance, including increased strength, explosive power, flexibility, and endurance for higher jumps and faster spins. It significantly reduces injury risk through targeted conditioning, improves balance and core stability, and builds mental resilience, allowing for faster progression in technical skills.

By practicing jump technique, alignment, and body control in a safe, controlled environment, skaters gain confidence that directly carries over to the ice. Off-ice classes also add variety and fun to training while supporting long-term athletic development, helping skaters become stronger, more confident, and more well-rounded athletes both on and off the ice.
