Hello Carnival Families!
As we get closer to our Icons on Ice Carnival, we wanted to share a few important reminders and clarifications to help everyone prepare.
📸 Photo Day Information
This year, WTSC will be hosting a Photo Day for all skaters participating in the carnival.
All skaters are invited to:
- Take part in group photos (used in the carnival program)
- Receive complimentary digital copies of group photos
- Have individual photos taken by a professional photographer
Soloists are also invited to have their photos taken for inclusion in the carnival program.
Individual Photos (Optional)
Families may choose to have individual photos taken of their skater(s):
- 💲 $25 per skater (includes 2–3 poses)
- 👗 $10 per additional costume (if applicable)
- 📩 All photos will be delivered digitally after Photo Day
Starskaters are welcome to have photos taken in their competition outfits as well.
👉 To sign up for individual photos, please complete the Photo Day Sign Up form by:

Once registration closes, a detailed schedule with your skater’s specific time will be sent out.
📍 Photo Day Details
- Date: Saturday, April 11
- Location: Waterford Arena
- Start Time: Approximately 9:00 AM
- Individual time slots will be assigned after sign-up closes
💐 Flower Bouquet Orders
Celebrate your skater with a beautiful bouquet on carnival day! 🌸
Pre-order bouquets to be picked up at the arena on Saturday, April 11.
Ordering Details:
- 📝 Complete the provided order form
- 💵 Payment options:
- Cash during skating practices
- E-transfer to wtsc.info@gmail.com
